Brett Rogers vs. Paul Buentello Expected At EliteXC ‘A Night of Champions’

According to FiveOunces, undefeated Brett “The Grim” Rogers will take on mma veteran Paul Buentello at EliteXC “A Night of Champions” on Nov. 8 from the Reno Events Center in Reno, Nevada.
A verbal agreement has been reached between the two camps, bout agreements are expected to be signed shortly.
Mike Reilly of Team Bison:
“Brett is very excited to be getting back into the cage after such a long layoff and is excited to be taking on such a great opponent … Paul presents the biggest test of Brett’s career. He’s a great fighter and we have a ton of respect for him and we’re really excited to step up to that next level challenge.”

You think Brett Rogers is a top 15 HW? I don’t know man, haven’t really seen him fight any top HWs yet.

havent seen him fight any top heavy wts so i cant say how he ranks yet. we’ll see how he does with buentello. one tat says ’success’ but i cant make out the other.

Oh man I gotta go with “The Head-Hunter” in this one. He has fought and beat some top guys from Ledgends to current up and comers not to mention he is as tough as they come. Rodgers only viable win was over James Thompson. Paul has fought for UFC HW title.
