You print that he was arrested in Davenport. The incident occurred in Des Moines, Iowa. He struck a car that than struck the rear of a Des Moines police car. When the officer approched him, he fled the scene starting the 20 mile car chase which was ended when he ran over a set of stop sticks causing the flat tires. The chase ended on I-80 near the North mixmaster which is not even close to Urbandale. Before you print a story you should get you facts stright!
