According to the Sun Sentinel, current UFC champions Anderson Silva and Antonio “Minotauro” Nogueira are set to open a mixed martial arts training facility in Miami, Florida.

The 15,000 square foot facility is located inside Johnny Rock Fitness center in Miami. The doors of the named “Nogueira and Silva Mixed Martial Arts Academy” are set to open on May 16.

“The sport is growing here now and is a hotbed for mixed martial arts.… Big things are growing here….This has been a dream to open an academy together here.”

“This is a good area and the weather is very good. In Miami, you can walk in the street and see people. It’s like Brazil. This is the right time and right place. This is the biggest time right now, in America, for this sport.”

I wished I lived in Miami. The women are hot, the scene is the best and now this… 2 out of the 5 UFC Champs opening up a school together! I don’t see anyone beating either one of them for a while. I train at one of the nation’s best BJJ schools but I will come out for a seminar.
