A Look Ahead: UFC Fight Night 7

UFC Fight Night 7

Another Fight Night is just around the corner pinning undefeated Diego Sanchez versus the explosive Joe Riggs. This has all of the makings for a very exciting fight as both match up very well and are two of the most intense fighters in the Welterweight division. It will be interesting to see how much Diego has improved his stand-up since training with the De La Hoya camp. Riggs is coming off a 2-2 record this past year with quick submission losses to Mike Swick and Matt Hughes. A win over Diego would definitely give him the fast track to another title shot. Diego will look to capitalize on Riggs weakness to submission and take his place at the front of the line to fight for the UFC Welterweight Belt.

Karo Parisyan is back from his toothless loss to Diego Sanchez in Fight Night 6. He faces a tough opponent in the cocky Drew Fickett. The Judo champ is looking for a strong comeback against the well-rounded and athletic Fickett.

Hereâ“‚¬“„¢s the card for the December 13th event:

Welterweight: Diego Sanchez vs. Joe Riggs
Welterweight: Drew Fickett vs. Karo Parisyan
Middleweight: Marcus Davis vs. Shonie Carter
Middleweight Alan Belcher vs. Jorge Santiago
Middleweight: Dave Menne vs. Luigi Fioravanti
