chuck really helped pave the way for ufc and i am glad dana and lorenzo are showing him proper respect. tito ducked and dodged chuck for 2 years because tito didnt wanna fight him. i can only hope dana and lorenzo tell tito to hit the fuckin rqad when he comes beggin for a job after he is done which will probably be in march.
Good. It was getting dangerous for him getting KO'ed over and over again. When Rich Franklin Knocks you out cold, then you really have a glass jaw, lol. Props to him for finally retiring.
Thanks for the fights Chuck. I agree with Iron, that punch that knocked him out in the franklin fight was weak, he stands in there with rashad or rampage again he could be a vegetable. it is time. Good to see Dana taking care of one of the guys that helped build that company too. turns out he does have a heart.
Damn it always sucks to see one of the good ones go and even though he got knocked silly in his last few fights I don't think there is anyone out there who can question the fact that Chuck Liddell was and still is a TRUE CHAMPION!! Even though we won't be seeing him knocking out people anymore i'm sure that behind the scenes he will continue to help shape and lift mma to new and exciting realms. Thanks Chuck and always know that you will be missed in the octagon and best of luck to the new path that lies ahead!!!!!!
