After a month of controversy, Dana White announced at the UFC 141 pre-fight press conference that Miguel Torres did enough goodwill in the past month to warrant reinstatement in the UFC. In the past month Torres released a public apology to fans, took rape sensitivity classes, and donated money to local rape centers in Chicago where he also volunteered.
Dana also talked about how the growth of social media is impacting the sport.

I'm glad Dana finally came to his senses because that was plain stupid especially after Rashad made his Sandusky comment and didn't get any disciplinary action. Like he said in the video even he says stupid things sometimes and has to apologize for them.
