Hendo has been busy campaigning for a fight with Jon Jones since his epic win over Mauricio “Shogun” Rua last month. Now he’s gone to Twitter to ask Dana White for the opportunity saying that he thinks he could test the chin of Jon Jones.

“Congrats to @jonnybones — great win. Hey @danawhite, I’d like to see if his chin is as good as he thinks & I’m ready to go.”

One thing is for sure, Hendo is going to have to put on a pretty strong case to get a title shot without having to fight at least one more time. Right now the next shot is expected go to the winner of the Rashad Evans and Phil Davis main event fight at UFC on Fox 2. Also, Jon Jones wants to take up to 5 months off which is a long time for Hendo to sit on the sidelines.
Hendo Hendo why would you want to put yourself through all the pain. Jones is not Shogun, unless you just want a big payday you have no chance of beating jones. Your best bet would be to fight the loser of evans-davis fight.
It anyone is going to test Jones chin its going to be Hendo.
C’mon he barely beat Shogun. He’s got a great right but when do you think he’ll get in close enough to land that? Probably never. Phil Davis has the best chance at beating Jon Jones.
my thoughts exactly. jones hasn't shown a bad chin and hendo is great but he can't overcome that kind of reach.
