Following his loss to Nick Diaz at UFC 137, UFC champion BJ Penn left fans shocked by announcing his retirement last Saturday night. After the smoke settled BJ released this statement:
“I want to thank all the fans for their love and support. I have decided to take some time off to enjoy life, train and teach. I will keep you posted with what’s next.”
BJ is still one of the best fighters in the lightweight division, lets hope he bounces back from this loss.
