Nate Diaz Talks Win At Gracie Open, Staying Active and Jake Shields

UFC Lightweight Nate Diaz talks about win over Adam Piccolotti in the brown belt division at the 2009 Gracie Open in San Francisco, CA. Staying active has been the key to the Diaz bothers success. They are contently competing in boxing, kickboxing, BJJ and triathlons in between major MMA fights. Nate submitted Melvin Guillard with a sick modified guillotine choke at UFC Fight Night 19 “Diaz vs Guillard”.
