Bad stoppage on the Brenneman fight. The ref should have watched to see if he recovered when he hit the ground, which he did.
As soon as the referee saw that he was out when the kick hit, he turned his back to Brenneman because he was trying to intervene from him taking any more hits after he hit the ground. His back was to Brenneman. So yeah it was a bad stoppage but he looked completely gone when that head kick landed. It looked like Rashads highlight KO of Sean Salmon when it landed. So I don't blame the referee that much.
