    future world champion!!

  2. jay says:

You can armbar someone with one leg, it's a classical judo move called juji gatame.

  3. kom34 says:

He needs to work his technique on the ground. He’s never going to be a world champion is he is going to try to armbar someone with one leg lol.

  4. MMA Man says:

When he looks like he could actually apply any of that in a fight then get back to us. For now it doesn't even look like good sparring. I like that he's training just not that you think he's ready for you to exploit, he's not.

  5. Strunky says:

Ah, such evil, evil talk of exploitation and harsh critique! How about forgetting about the corrupted adults, and looking at the little boy who obviously has applied discipline and focus that is beyond the capability of 99% of his generation to something he very much enjoys, and that will help to defend him throughout his life, whether or not he chooses to compete?

  6. Morey says:

Thats true…I wonder if the kid is a bully at school. Damn, I would have hated to have to fight a kid like that at 8. And the parents are probably happy that they will probably get on Jay Leno some day.

  7. Donnie says:

Chill people! Yes he's a kid, but for a kid very good technique. I see some pro fighters who can not transition as good as him. I agree appling it is the hard part, but he has 10 years until he can even fight pro.

  8. Realwun says:

You can armbar with one leg but the kid is trying a standard armbar into the chest. Do do it right you need to prop the guys arm up so you have enough room to hyperextend his elbow. Using both legs and squeesing your knees together is the best way to prop the guys arm up, then you face the thumb toward the sky and pull down.

Using both legs also give you more balance and makes it harder for the guy to get out of the lock. If you really want to be a dick or if the guy is trying to bite you (they'll do that in a street fight), then you can push one foot into his neck while you crank.

  9. Andrew says:

this kid would be way better if he was to use more ground and pound on his challengers
