Many rumor have been circulating around about a third fight between Ken Shamrock vs. Tito Ortiz. Dana White released a conformation that the third fight will be on Spike TV. When you say, October 10, 2006. It looks like the UFC is going to drag on this saga between two fighter that should of retired years ago. Shamrock has turned into the fighter that had a very successful career, but just refuses to retire and spends the rest of his career making shit of his name. Tito is a good and still capable fighter, but he will never truly be able to compete against the new younger fighters. He can still headline against old great fighters or so so fighters, but I don’t think he is a serious contender for the belt.
Tito should have fought him again, right there an then. It shows that he doesnt' have the fire to go for the title again, he is just interested in fighting in front of a crowd, talking trash, and getting a paycheck.
