James “Bad Luck” Irvin has suffered a massive knee injury and is forced to pull out of his UFC 102 “Couture vs Nogueira” fight with Wilson Gouveia. The news first broke by Carmichael Dave on the Underground forum, but has since been confirmed by several MMA news sites.
Sacramento based fighter James Irvin has suffered another massive setback in his oft-injured career, this time with a massive knee injury….Irvin is expected to undergo reconstructive surgery sometime in the next few days, and is also expected to miss 6-10 months.
The UFC has yet to announce a replacement for Irvin.
