The Ultimate Fighting Championships has announced two welterweight bouts to round out the undercard at UFC 103. First welterweights Jim Miller will take on Brazilian fighter Thiago Tavares. Also, UFC newcomers Brian Foster and UK fighter Paul “Semtex” Daley will round out the undercard at UFC 103 set for Sept. 19 from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX.
Also announced, the lightweight matchup between Tyson Griffin and Hermes Fanca will now be on the MAIN CARD, replacing Efrain Escudero vs. Cole Miller who will now anchor the preliminary card.

Semtex is an explosive fighter. He's not going to dominate because he'll get submitted by a good ground fighter. But he'll have some crazy highlight KO's in his UFC career.
