Strikeforce has announced that the event on September 29, will be hosted by the famous Playboy Mansion in Beverly Hills, California. Scheduled to be on the card is Gilbert Melendez and Josh Thomson, although they will not be fighting each other. The current 155lb Champion Melendez has not fought since last years New Years Eve Pride event, in which he commandingly defeated Tatsuya Kawajiri.
Holding an event at the Playboy Mansion will be good for the promotion. Strikeforce holds a talented pool of fighters and will definitely be bringing the best to the Mansion.
