Oh man. Anderson has that "I'm gonna punk this guy in the ring." look to him again. Instead of humiliating a guy by knocking him out as quickly as possible, Anderson likes to toy with his opponents to show them just how superior he is. I hope he chooses not to go down that path again. 2 fights in a row is probably too often, even for him.
Terrible Interviewer, he spoke more than both fighters put together. Lyoto vs Jackson looks to be an interesting fight, while Silva vs Chonnen will be a quick and decisive victory for Anderson, but that is expected.
My daily MMA training is very similar to theirs, my boyfriends and I do 10 to 16 rounds everyday which builds up our stamina, then 500 squat thrusts that make our limbs so strong, and lastly 2 to 3 hours of BJJ and Muay Tai to keep our skills sharp. I'd love to test my abilities vs these two fighters. Of course I'm not saying I'd win, but it would be pretty close. I've a date tonight with a really pretty girl so I'm out of here guys, later!
umm would have been awesome to see that sparring session.
