Nate Marquardt is still not a UFC fighter, but today the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission released Marquardt of his suspension. Basically there was no foul on the use of Testosterone Replacement Therapy. His levels were just too high to be approved to fight.
I'll bet he ends up in Strikeforce. No way the UFC completely loses his marketability as a top middle/welter weight, just send him over there.
