I think Hardy got it right.
Man this is a tough one. Lesner is healthy and huge. Carwin has steel in his hands and has a better record but the last time I saw him fight he didn't look in that great of shape. Man, what a dilima. Money goes on Lesnar, heart goes on Carwin.
brock fights pretty smart. the way he beat mir, he just smothered him on the ground and minimized space between them. this pretty much neutralized mir's ground game. brock has some lethal hammer fists. carwin packs a big punch. i think he's a little smaller than brock. i consider their wrestling credentials to be equal, though they were in different divisions. brock, however, i believe is much stronger than carwin. the nfl combine stats show that. brock is probably a much more fit and well-rounded beast, but strength doesn't always translate into punching power. carwin has that punch. his ground game is relatively untested, but i think carwin can stand back up again. i see the two trading for the first minute or so on their feet, and then they go straight to wrestling. i personally don't think the fight will go past the first round. mir couldn't even last past then. anyway, both guys will come in shape and will be prepared. i don't think either like to lose.
Tough call…but have to go with lesnar for a few reasons..he hasn’t been 100%… till now, hr trained with couture. His athletic ability and overall speed and strength is better than carwin. If lesnar keeps his gameplan going and follow it he won’t lose.
well brock didnt steam roll Randy he actually worked to get randy down who he outweighd by 50 pounds. Shane got rocked by Gonzaga but showed his resilience. So it comes down to who can impose their will first. But I wonder how brocks health really is.
i was thinking the same thing Jay he has to have lost something from all that you just dont rebound to 100 percent after something like that real quick like
