The Orange County District attorney’s office has decided not to file charges against former UFC light weight champion Tito Ortiz, according to MMAWeekly.
“We declined to file charges based on insufficient corroboration to prove a case beyond a reasonable doubtâ€
The former champion is back with Jenna and the kids following there April 26 quarrel , which resulted in Tito being hulled off by police in handcuffs on suspicion of domestic violence.
