Former UFC Middleweight Matt “The Law” Lindland announced Friday on HDNet’s “Inside MMA” show that he will be fighting, on July 19th at the Affliction promoted event scheduled to take place at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.
No official opponent has been named, but the law mentioned wanting to fight David Tarrell, who KOed Lindland at UFC 49.
Headlining the event, is former UFC heavyweight champion Tim Sylvia taking on former PRIDE standout Fedor Emelianenko.
Lindland (20-5) last fought Fedor Emelianenko one year ago at BodogFights, losing by submission to the much heaver fighter.

The event lost the AA center in Dallas, It looks like "The Pond" in Anaheim mite be the new venue.
Tickets wont be sold until the venue and card become official.
