Alistair Overeem Gets “Impulse Control” Counseling and Community Service For Vegas Assault

UFC heavyweight Alistair Overeem was sentenced today to attend “impulse control” counseling and 50 hours of community service after allegedly shoving a woman in a Vegas hotel in January following his fight with Brock Lesnar at UFC 141.

If he fails to meet the courts requirements, he will have to serve a 90 prison sentence for the incident. But if he follows court orders, the judge has agreed to dismiss the misdemeanor battery assault charge against him.

Overeem has till Sept. 26th to complete duty to the court.
