The back and forth in the media between Nick Diaz’s camp and The Nevada State Athletic Commission is in full swing, and its not even hearing time.
The NSAC hits back against the Marijuana Metabolites defense Nick Diaz’s legal team plans to argue, with a simple “You didn’t disclose it”.
Not only did Nick Diaz violate the law by testing positive for marijuana metabolites, but he also lied to the Commission on his Pre-Fight Questionnaire when he swore that he had not used any prescribed medications in two weeks before the fight. [Yahoo]
If Nick did indeed lie on the application, its hard to think the NSAC will let him off the hook.
Probably why he retired. He knew he was going to get suspended for a year anyway. Dumb ass.
