American Top Team fighter Gleison Tibau (16-6) has stepped up to face Jeremy Stephens (16-4) at UFC Fight Night 18 after Efrain Escudero (11-0) was forced to withdraw from the bout with a rib injury.
In his last fight Tibau submitted Rich Clementi with a guillotine choke at UFC Fight Night 17. Stephens on the other hand was not so lucky, he was submitted by Joe Lauzon in the main event at UFC Fight Night 17.
UFC Fight Night 18 takes place April 1 from the Sommet Center in Nashville, TN.
