what was the point of this video? we all know GSP is legit.
Yeah this is kind of stupid. The only issue is that it looked like Phil Nurse had vaseline on his hand while he did the rubbing. Whether or not he did is up to the athletic commission, but many people know that this is a commonly practised technique.
obviously gsp's boyfriend made this video. if u actually watch the fight and in between rounds it is not just the breathing technique. he actually smears gsp's face then goes onto rub his shoulders and body. and that is in the 1st round. the athelitic commission along with other ufc stars noticed this. phil's breathing technique has nothing to do with rubbing his shoulders and arms down. just watch at the end of the 1st round. it is a minor problem and i doubt that it would have changed the outcome but i still like to see a fair fight. i think the new laws they have brought in are pretty good though!!
gsp didnt cheat but his trainer sure did. it would be a shame if they punish george for this at the hearing. it was a dumb move on his trainers part.
Rather than putting forth your GSP agenda why not actually discuss the breathing technique? I searched online and can't find anything on it. Can you do an interview with Friend and/or video of how to do it? I often have problems with my breathing while sparring.
