Today during a pre-hearing, the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) unanimously agreed on the motion that would place Nick Diaz under a temporary suspension in the state of Nevada. His case will then move on to a followup hearing where Nick Diaz will have the chance to explain himself and request that his California medicinal marijuana license be taken into consideration.
If he loses the appeal, Nick will likely be suspended back to the 209 for what would be a likely 6-12 month and me fined a considerable amount of his fight purse.
