Remember that old saying, these are professionals, don’t try this at home. Chad Sermon apparently didn’t listen and tried to channel Jon Jones.

Chad Sermon (3-2) and Brian Kerr (5-11) – Hardrock MMA 43 Pro/Am. Sermon was ruled the winner via disqualification (kick to a downed opponent).
