According to FiveOunces, former DREAM lightweight champion Joachim “Hellboy” Hansen (19-8-1) will fight Bibiano Fernandes (7-2) for the DREAM featherweight title, possibly at DREAM 13.

Hansen last fought at DREAM 11, losing his lightweight title by second round Armbar to submission specialist Shinya Aoki.
