UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo has finally cleaned out the division. Dana White hinted that a move to lightweight could be a possibility for the Nova Uniao fighter.
Aldo’s lead trainer Andre Pederneiras says not so fast:
“It won’t happen for now, unless [Aldo] goes straight for a title shot. Not, ‘Oh no, he left the featherweight belt, moved up to lightweight and started from the beginning,’ no way.†[Sherdog]
What do you think, is Aldo ready to abandon the featherweight division and go head hunting for lightweights?
i don't think he has any other fights at featherweight right now. nobody even knew who mendes was before this fight.
