Remember Hermes Franca the colorful hair UFC lightweight hopeful. Well, Hermes Franca has been sentenced to 42 months in prison for sexually abusing an underage female student in a jiu-jitsu academy in Oregon where he once taught.
Along with his lengthy prison term, he will have to server four and a half years of probation and must register as a sex offender.
Franca was given the boot by the UFC following his UFC 103 knockout loss to Tyson Griffin.
